With this package, you have a "friend" in your back pocket, providing you transparent budgeting, with the tried-and-true vendors, customized wedding website creation, invitation design assistance, a wedding checklist we will work on together, RSVP organization, venue scouting & coordination, as well as detailed reviews of all vendor contracts, ensuring nothing has been overlooked.
Our services also include venue walk-through for layout and design, wedding and weekend management. This package begins seven months before your wedding date and includes assistance with ceremony and reception decor set-up, and covers many details such as bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating charts, and final counts for the venue. We provide an on-site wedding planner for up to eight hours on the day of your wedding to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
