• Begins within one year of your wedding date

• Assistance with venue selection

• Venue tours – up to three 

• Scheduled monthly planning meetings

• Wedding Website add-ons and guidance

• Vendor Coordination, Communication and Guidance 

• Site Walk-Through for Layout & Design 

• Creation and Execution of Detailed Wedding Day Timeline/itinerary to be collaborated with and shared with your vendors

• Wedding Day Management; bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating chart guidance

• Set up of minor personal items (i.e. Welcome & Memory Table Decor, Escort Cards)

• Work hands on with the venue; ensuring function agenda is in place and final counts submitted; noting allergies & specific dietary needs 

• 1 Lead Planner for up to 10 hours (additional hours can be added $75/hour)

• One (1) hour Rehearsal Coordination

• Secure Certificate of Insurance requirements from all vendors for the venue

• Assistance with Finalizing Design

• Assist with Booking Vendors

• Review of All Vendor Contracts

• Follow up with vendor contracts

• Attendance of Vendor Meetings as Necessary
