From refining your plans to bringing every element together effortlessly, we ensure your wedding experience is as smooth and enjoyable as the day itself.

Service includes:

  • Unlimited Communication via text. emails or phone

  • Begins within one year of your wedding date

  • Review of All Vendor Contracts

  • Wedding Website add-ons and guidance

  • Assist with Booking Remaining Vendors

  • Attendance of Vendor Meetings as Necessary 

  • Vendor Coordination, Communication and Guidance 

  • Creation and Execution of Detailed Wedding Day Timeline/wedding day itinerary to be coordinated with and share shared with your vendors  

  • Wedding Day Management; bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating chart guidance

  • Set up of minor personal items (i.e. Welcome & Memory Table Decor, escort cards)

  • Secure Certificate of Insurance requirements from all vendors for the venue

  • Assistance with Finalizing Design

  • Wedding Planning Checklist 

  • Work hands on with the venue; ensuring function agenda is in place and final counts for reception are submitted on time; noting allergies and specific dietary needs 

  • Liaison for your guests, vendors and venue

  • 1 Lead Planner for up to 10 hours. Additional hours can be added $75/hour

  • One (1) hour Rehearsal Coordination

  • Access to Our Bridal Emergency Kit

  • Distribution of Final Payments & Gratuity to Vendors 

  • In person meetings prior to your wedding day can be scheduled separately at an hourly rate
