Begins two months prior to your wedding date

Review of all Vendor Contracts

Vendor Coordination, Communication and Guidance

Detailed timeline/wedding day itinerary to be coordinated with and share shared with your vendors

Secure Certificate of Insurance requirements from all vendors for the venue

Work hands on with the venue; ensuring function agenda is in place and final counts for reception are submitted on time; noting allergies and specific dietary needs

Creation assistance for layout and floor plan

Wedding Day Management; bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating chart guidance

Wedding Day liaison, for guests, vendors and venue
